For more than 35 years, David Hurlocker has held leadership positions in churches and in non-profit and for profit corporations.
He and his wife Teresa founded, built up and sold two home health care companies. They now own and manage a property management and rehabilitation company as well as Leadership Matters, inc.
David has been a lead facilitator with Leadership Emporia and the Vice-Chairman for Leadership Development for the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce for several years.
He graduated from the Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock, Texas with a degree in Bible and ministry.
He holds Level One and Two certifications in Teaching Leadership from the Kansas Leadership Center. He is also certified with the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode of conflict resolution.
He one of the founding teaching coaches for StepUp!; The Emporia Area Chamber's signature program for
leadership development and coaching.
